Choux Pastry.....

  1. Choux Pastry Recipe (you can make 50-60pcs)
    Ingredients -
    Water 500ml
    Unsalted butter 200g
    Flour 300g
    Salt 5g
    Sugar 7.5g
    eggs 9

    Method -

    Bring into a pan water and butter to boil.add flour,salt,and sugar by sifting into cooked liquid and stir continuously until the paste comes out of the pan.take it of fire and let it be cool.(if you add eggs when the paste it hot,the eggs gets cooked)so make sure the paste is cool.place the paste in machine and run it on speed 1 and add the eggs little by little until it is mixed right consistency.(if you do not have a machine,you can use deep bowl with wooden spoon for this)grease trays and place the mixer in a piping bag and pipe it as eclairs or choux buns shape.bake it 200°c for 15 minutes.add a filling or cream what ever you like to the middle...
