Garlic Bread

    Flour 1kg
    yeast 10g
    salt 18g
    margarine 5g
    sugar 5g
    water 600litre
    garlic 50g


    method -mix flour and yeast to 30seconds and add sugar salt then mix.
    add water and make a dough.
    add fat and knead in the machine to make a nice dough and garlic which has been very finely chopped.
    rest the dough for 20mnutes.last break at 3oogm of weight and rest for the 15 minutes.

    take dough shape and rest for 1hour.

    proof for 25 -30 minutes at 220(Celsius) with a short steam.
