Cocktail Pudding......

  1. Cocktail Pudding recipe :
    Please measure the ingredients according to the bowl or glass that you are planning to setup.this pudding is so simple...
    ingredients:
    1.jelly in two colors or flavors(made and cooled)
    2.custard (made and cooled)
    3.pineapple should be stew,but tinned pineapple slices also can be used with the syrup by cutting to fine small pieces.
    4.cake crumbs(can be take any of your favorite flavor cakes)
    5.few strawberries or pineapples for decoration.
    6.whipped cream for the topping.

    Method (as mentioned this is mainly a setup pudding)

    step 1-take glass bowl or any preferred deep glass.get ready with all the ingredients and start setup from the bottom.

    step2-firstly put cake crumbs to the bottom of the bowl about nearly height of 1-1/2inch layer.secondly add stew pineapple slices neatly arranged with the little syrup to be soak the cake crumbs.thirdly add one color of jelly half of it to cover the pineapple layer.
    fourth layer,add custard mixer .fifth layer setup with another color of jelly pieces.

    step3-continue with the same setup as above another two times or one time according to the height of your bowl.

    step 4-finally end up with adding whipping cream on top and decorate with your own design with pineapple slices or strawberries.once complete the setup of the pudding .store it in the refrigerator until it finely cooled and set.
    can be serve after one hour cooling.simple and delicious...
